“It was a natural, since our goals are the same,” said Teri Sugg, TTT co-founder. One Island, which is based in Honaunau, believes “Green Is a Verb!” and that the lifestyle choices and collective momentum of green living are changing the values and policies that shape the world.

TTT’s mission is to “Create a harmonious, thriving community by sharing our strengths and nourishing ourselves while learning and growing together.” Based in Honokaa, TTT is “a platform for community, resourceful renewal, music and grinds on each Third Thursday.”

The two groups are planning on showing “Symphony of the Soil” at a few different places around the island in May, including this event at the North Hawaii Education and Research Center (NHERC) in Honokaa at 3 p.m., with a potluck dinner starting at 5 p.m. in the pavilion.
